Support CCBF's Playtime for Patients Program this Summer

Blessyn's Story

Blessyn is only 9 years old - far too young to be battling cancer.

A few months ago, she was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia, a type of cancer of the blood and bone marrow. She needs OUR help to get through it.

Blessyn's life is now centered around a treatment plan that includes chemotherapy, IV fluids, anti-infection drugs, and nausea medication - not to mention frequent blood transfusions which, are not only expensive, but are often very painful.

CCBF is here to make sure she doesn't miss out on childhood - but we can't do it alone!

Please make a life-saving gift to the Children's Cancer & Blood Foundation's (CCBF) Playtime for Patients, a program that brings comfort, fun, and normalcy to children like Blessyn. Each year CCBF treats over 1,000 children at the Division of Pediatric Hematology and Oncology at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital/Weill Cornell Medical Center. CCBF needs YOUR help to raise $35,000 this summer - that's just $35 per child to give these kids back some of their childhood.

A simple gift from you now will make their struggles a little bit easier. Make a donation today and help us keep summer fun for Blessyn and other kids like her!
